Kirk graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in Architecture. He has a General Class FCC License and has received Syn Aud Con advanced training in Elecroacoustics and TEF analysis. Before founding Wassmann Audio Video he was both an A/V technician and a radio station engineer at Mt. Holyoke College. It's been fifteen years since he introduced his company to the region. Originally called Wassmann Audio, it was later renamed Wassmann Audio Video to reflect the fact that Kirk and his specialized field crews were there at the dawn of the computer video era.
